Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

We are a successful distributor of IT and telecommunications brand products such as smartphones, tablets, IT products, and accessories. Through customer-oriented services, innovative distribution channels, and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with customers and suppliers. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities
  • Handling booking and processing of customer returns
  • Communicating and managing returns with the service center
  • Managing incoming and outgoing return goods
  • Creating and verifying invoices
  • Recording transactions in the system
  • Generating reports
  • Assisting with inventory tasks
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace
Your strengths and qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in customer service, retail, or second-level support is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented work approach
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus
  • B1 level English proficiency and good German language skills

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 2,200 (based on full-time). We offer competitive compensation based on education, professional qualifications, and experience.
