Key Account Manager (w/m/d)
We are a successful distributor of IT and telecommunications brand products such as smartphones, tablets, IT products, and accessories. Through customer-oriented services, innovative distribution channels, and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with customers and suppliers. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Key-Account-Manger to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities
- Support and expansion of long-term key account customers
- Presentation of products to key account customers
- Strategic planning and implementation of customer-specific strategies to achieve business goals
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and monitoring contract durations
- Portfolio management for customers
- Identification and utilization of sales opportunities to maximize revenue
- Creation of regular reports on budget utilization and achievement of financial goals
- Independent handling of all sales-related processes
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Your strengths and qualifications
- Several years of experience in sales and key account management
- Completed commercial education
- Excellent MS Office skills, advantageous knowledge of SAP
- Excellent German and English language skills
- A goal-oriented, decisive, and detail-oriented personality
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented work approach
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented individual who enjoys working in an international environment
