Key Account Manager (w/m/d)

We are a successful distributor of IT and telecommunications brand products such as smartphones, tablets, IT products, and accessories. Through customer-oriented services, innovative distribution channels, and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with customers and suppliers. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Key-Account-Manger to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities
  • Support and expansion of long-term key account customers
  • Presentation of products to key account customers
  • Strategic planning and implementation of customer-specific strategies to achieve business goals
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and monitoring contract durations
  • Portfolio management for customers
  • Identification and utilization of sales opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Creation of regular reports on budget utilization and achievement of financial goals
  • Independent handling of all sales-related processes
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Your strengths and qualifications
  • Several years of experience in sales and key account management
  • Completed commercial education
  • Excellent MS Office skills, advantageous knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • A goal-oriented, decisive, and detail-oriented personality
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented work approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented individual who enjoys working in an international environment
