Account Manager (w/m/d)
We are a successful distributor of IT and telecommunications branded products such as smartphones, tablets, IT products, and accessories. Through customer-oriented services, innovative distribution channels, and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with customers and suppliers. To strengthen our accounting team, we are currently seeking an experienced Account-Manager (w/m/d) for Düsseldorf Area.
Responsibilities
- Expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Acquiring new customers and developing strategies for customer acquisition
- Creating proposals
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Conducting market and competitive analyses
- Independently handling all sales-related processes
- Providing expert advice to customers on products and solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Your strengths and qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
- Excellent MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Very good proficiency in both German and English
- Goal-oriented, decisive, and detail-oriented personality
- Self-reliant, proactive, and results-oriented work approach
- Strong communication skills
