Account Manager (w/m/d)

We are a successful distributor of IT and telecommunications branded products such as smartphones, tablets, IT products, and accessories. Through customer-oriented services, innovative distribution channels, and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with customers and suppliers. To strengthen our accounting team, we are currently seeking an experienced Account-Manager (w/m/d) for Düsseldorf Area.

Responsibilities
  • Expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Acquiring new customers and developing strategies for customer acquisition
  • Creating proposals
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses
  • Independently handling all sales-related processes
  • Providing expert advice to customers on products and solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Your strengths and qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Very good proficiency in both German and English
  • Goal-oriented, decisive, and detail-oriented personality
  • Self-reliant, proactive, and results-oriented work approach
  • Strong communication skills
