IT Operation Specialist (m/w/d)

We are a highly successful distributor of IT and telecommunications brand products such as smartphones, tablets, IoT products and accessories. Through customer-oriented services, innovative sales channels and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with customers and suppliers. We are currently looking for:

Your Tasks

  • Contribute to the further development of our Warehouse Management System, including planning and execution of software tests
  • Implementation and support of IT projects for the logistics department
  • Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potential for efficiency improvements
  • Support the logistics teams in IT infrastructure and warehousing
  • First-level support for technical questions and issues from internal users

Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional experience in logistics is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Experience in project implementation and documentation
  • High IT affinity and practical experience with IT infrastructure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
