Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) with Supervisory Experience

Full-time 38.5 hours/week

At Tekpoint, we are an international distributor of consumer electronics and IT products. Through structured processes, efficient logistics solutions, and a dedicated team, we ensure smooth operations across the entire supply chain.
To strengthen our logistics team, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) with supervisory experience at our Fischamend office.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the warehouse site in Fischamend as well as external warehouse locations
  • Supervision, development, and motivation of a warehouse team with a strong focus on quality and accountability
  • Workforce planning and shift scheduling, including shift operations
  • Structuring and optimization of logistics processes (goods receipt, storage, and dispatch)
  • Management of warehouse operations using KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and delivery reliability
  • Responsibility for costs and budgets within the warehouse area
  • Implementation of improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
  • Close cooperation with Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales
  • Organization and execution of inventory counts
  • Ensuring order, safety, and quality standards throughout the warehouse
  • Optimization of warehouse logistics and inventory control
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Several years of supervisory experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in retail, distribution, or a 3PL environment
  • Proven success in building and further developing teams and processes
  • Experience working with key figures, KPI systems, and budget management
  • Forklift license and practical experience are an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP/WMS systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and an independent working style
  • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and resilience

The gross monthly salary starts at € 4,000 (full-time basis). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
