To strengthen our Sales team in Düsseldorf, we are currently looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for DIY retail clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Developing and implementing innovative concepts to continuously grow your B2B clients
- Acquiring new customers and executing strategies for customer growth
- Preparing and managing offers
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conducting market and competitor analyses
- Managing all sales-related processes independently
- Providing expert advice to customers on products and solutions
- Developing growth strategies and building a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Your Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
- Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Goal-oriented, decisive, and detail-focused personality
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven working style
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a passion for working in an international environment
