Account Manager (m/f/d) – DIY Retail (Düsseldorf)

To strengthen our Sales team in Düsseldorf, we are currently looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for DIY retail clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Developing and implementing innovative concepts to continuously grow your B2B clients
  • Acquiring new customers and executing strategies for customer growth
  • Preparing and managing offers
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses
  • Managing all sales-related processes independently
  • Providing expert advice to customers on products and solutions
  • Developing growth strategies and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
  • Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Goal-oriented, decisive, and detail-focused personality
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven working style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a passion for working in an international environment
