IT Operations Specialist (m/f/d) – Fischamend

Through customer-oriented services, innovative sales channels, and a dedicated team, we have continuously expanded our relationships with customers and suppliers.
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an IT Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at our Fischamend location.
- Contributing to the further development of our Warehouse Management System, including planning and execution of software tests
- Implementation and support of IT projects for the logistics department
- Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potential to increase efficiency
- Supporting IT infrastructure and warehousing teams within logistics
- Providing first-level support for technical questions and issues for internal users
- Professional experience in logistics is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Experience in project implementation and documentation
- High IT affinity and practical experience with IT infrastructure
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
