International Contract & Procurement Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time (38.5 hours/week) or Part-time (35 hours/week)

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an International Contract & Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for our Tekpoint office in Vienna, who brings solid legal expertise and is actively involved in procurement and logistics processes.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts and offers in German and English
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements
- Communicating and negotiating with international suppliers and customers
- Requesting, reviewing, and evaluating offers as well as taking responsibility within procurement processes
- Developing and optimizing procurement and contract management processes
- Monitoring existing contracts, including deadlines and milestones
- Conducting risk analyses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Performing research activities related to contracts and procurement
- Supporting claims defense and enforcement
- Cooperating with international partners, particularly in the Asian market
- Supporting legal matters related to contract law and general terms and conditions (GTCs)
- Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- Experience in international contract management, procurement, or logistics
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Analytical mindset with a high level of personal responsibility
- Knowledge of contract law or GTC law
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field

The annual gross salary starts at € 60,000 (based on 38.5 hours/week).
Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
